At Benja's Bazaar, we want every adventurer to be delighted with the curious goods they discover. Each item is prepared with care, and we're committed to helping resolve any problems with your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or deciding you no longer want an item.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem, if available

We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

We may ask for additional information to help verify the issue. Please do not discard the product until we've reviewed your request.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We'll review the available tracking information and coordinate with our fulfillment partner when necessary.

If an order is confirmed lost, we'll work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before production begins.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
